I've enjoyed his musical performances but he has a character voice and Stine's music is higher and harder than Stone's. People may forget, or not realize, that the OBCR does not accurately reflect the end of act one. The guys do not end the song together. There is a pause in the song, and some dialogue, then Stine triumphantly concludes You're Nothing Without Me alone. And it's high and meant to be thrilling and powerful and I just don't think Radcliffe's instrument can do that. Not much more hopeful about his other solos. |
