It seems to be at TKTS for every performance. Like with any trip to TKTS, be flexible. And arrive at the booth as close to curtain time as possible. Last week I got Our Town, Orch, Row D, center. $99, 20 minutes before curtain. (Or, at other times, you might get the worst seat in the theatre. Whenever I get a not-great seat at a great discount -- or, better, free -- it always comforts me to think that someone at some point paid full price for that seat. Then, I don't feel so bad . . .)
With Radio City, don't worry about where you sit. It's great from any seat. (I didn't think this year's production was as good as last year. They've ditched the 3-D segment, which I thought was a lot of fun. And, boy, the popcorn is expensive!) |
