I've rarely heard "Nellie Lovett" - I think "Mrs. Lovett" is much much more common.
In the script she's "Aunt Nellie" a few times, or just "Nellie," but never with the surname.
I've seen things like this on resumes, though, as people perhaps think they need to be more formal/complete with a character name when I don't think they really need to be. For instance, I've seen "Miss Ritter" as a credit in She Loves Me where I think "Ilona" would be easier and more immediate. (Even though she is, at times, referred to in the show as "Miss Ritter.") |
