| I agree the ACT's dreadful Whynot Christmas Carol is an unmitigated disaster on all counts, but if they didn't want to do their reliable, beloved standard Christmas Carol this year, there are multiple other possible options the AD could have tried to get that would have potentially worked so much better, from one of the one-man Christmas Carols (smaller cast!) to newer musicals like the Scrooge ones that 42nd St. Moon did with success with Jason Graae, to trying something like Estella Scrooge for a female change of pace. Sigh. |
