I'm shocked to find myself agreeing with lordofspeech on this one. I'm the furthest thing from a fan of the incoming administration. I'm a far Left Bernie progressive. But, people laugh in response to all kind of stimuli for a variety of reasons -- sometimes it's an involuntary or nervous reaction. Keep in mind, not everyone in that audience is going to have the familiarity with the script or this particular moment that most of us on here will. I'm sure it takes some audience members by surprise. I wouldn't suppose that because a handful of them laugh it's because they're Nazi sympathizers or because they make light of antisemitism, xenophobia or racism.

Now, I'm sure it's possible there are audience members with those sympathies, but I do think it's a bit of a reach to declaratively make this connection.
