| I had the same thing happen for my 1/8 tickets. Jujamcyn Theaters sent me a letter informing me of the change and included this: For assistance with these tickets, including refund and exchange information, contact SeatGeek customer service at jujamcyn@seatgeek.com or (888) 985-9421. I called SeatGeek and they were very helpful; gave me the option to cancel or exchange. I decided to cancel and re-book myself. SeatGeek said they'd have to get permission from the box office and would get back to me. A few hours later I got an email stating my refund had been processed. (And I rebooked for Wed 5/28 @ 8:00, when Scherzinger is scheduled to appear.) Good luck! |
