Are mail orders no longer accepted for Broadway shows? In the past, I would often send in a mail order before the initial advertisement. The order was always accepted and it went to the front of the line, filled before box office opened or receipt of subsequent mail orders.
Also, they never charged a processing charge as would be the case with on line purchasing.
Trying to avoid "convenience charge" for Music Man I sent a mail order, but it was not filled or returned.
