Ah yes. I read your review and found it MOST informative for La Cage; it also has informed my decision on attending...

Melissa sounds like a good evening and a long drive! I like her very much but don't always "love" her; sounds like I would love that show.

Speaking of Oscar--I originally conceived and produced AT WIT'S END as a one man show for the brilliant Stan Freeman. It started in Los Angeles and got to tour the country [best reviews were in NY!]. I hope you got to see it (I might be able to make that happen if you wanted.) BLAME IT ON MY YOUTH was the show's "last" song-- followed by an amazing 10 minute version of the RHAPSODY as an encore and real ending. Oscar talked a lot about George and how he affected his life. And I got the greatest theatre poster artist to create our poster--David Edward Byrd! [FOLLIES, anybody?]

I loved your book BROADWAY REVIVAL, knowing some of the true facts you used and admiration for the people.

Best to you, Laura. Ron
