| I haven’t yet seen Illinoise but I quite enjoyed Suffs and Water for Elephants. Suffs because it has a varied score and a sense of humor about a difficult subject and Elephants for its theatrical storytelling and acknowledgement that it wasn’t a novel or a movie but something that lived on stage. I want to hear both scores again because one time doesn’t feel enough to make a call. |
